Aspidistra is a very hardy plant. They will adapt to nearly any light level with the exception of full sun. They are an excellent choice for high traffic areas.

Once a year the Cast Iron Plant will treat its owner with beautiful star shaped flowers that appear in the most unusual location. To find them one has to probe the surface of the soil or just below the soil line.

We have Aspidistra available in nearly every container size with mature plants reaching a maximum height of 3' to 4'.
